Whole Foods Market
Body Care Buyer, Sales Representative, Nutrition Department
Austin, Texas
Duties included product selection and purchasing for the Body Care and Nutrition
Departments. My duties also included floor sales and customer service. Purchase
journals and monthly inventories were maintained and performed. Educating the
customer was an essential part of my job, so knowledge about the products was in
depth.
I have also worked in food service and retail, which I think gives anyone a different
perspective and a sense of respect for individuals in these positions, and as a tour guide/
shopkeeper/bar tender at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch which was just a fun summer job. None of
these positions are really helpful, other than just being sort of interesting, so they are not
listed in depth. I can go into more detail upon request.
